Every Piranha client is assigned a dedicated account manager. This role is pivotal in the planning and execution of each client project. From learning about your business’s marketing requirements to making them happen, account managers help to communicate our progress and to ensure your KPIs are met. When you begin working with Piranha, a manager will meet with you to discuss your needs face-to-face or arrange a Zoom call. We believe this time-old approach is as relevant now as it’s ever been; Piranha will take the time to understand your expectations before building marketing campaigns to fulfil them.
We place an emphasis on the importance of initial strategy meetings. Only through strong lines of communication can tangible, realistic marketing targets be set. Once aspects such as budgets and expected deadlines are agreed, Piranha’s account managers are responsible for ensuring the project is completed in a timely fashion and to your complete satisfaction.
