Piranha news round up!

29th May 2019

It’s been a busy year so far for the Piranha team! Demand for our services has continued to grow, resulting in us taking on a new designer earlier in the year and 4 new team members in 2018.

The Piranha team is now made up of 20 professionals, and offers a full range of services, from graphic design and web development to digital marketing services including SEO, social media management and PPC. Outside of work it’s been a busy month too for some of the team – here’s a quick round up of what we’ve been doing when we haven’t been ‘marketing’!

Can you hear the wedding bells?

We are delighted to announce that two members of the Piranha team have tied the knot with their partners.

Peter, Piranha’s Creative Director, recently married his fiancé Jen at the Wedding Chapel Blackpool before holding a reception at the Savoy Hotel. It was a beautiful day, enjoyed by the couple and all their guests.

The other Piranha team member to get hitched was Tom, our Senior Web Developer. Tom married his childhood sweetheart who he has been in a relationship with for over 14 years.

The couple already have two beautiful children together, Esme and George, and getting married really was the icing on the cake for their little family!

Tom and Steph’s big day took place on the 4th of May at the Holy Trinity Church in Tarleton, followed by a reception at his parent’s house. Marquees were set up in the garden and the weather was lovely, making it the perfect ending to the day.

Piranha would like to wish Pete and Jen, and Tom and Steph, all the best for the future. We know that you will have the most amazing lives together and we couldn’t be happier!

Ben’s big birthday!

Another cause for celebration in the Piranha office was our Digital Marketing Specialist Ben turning 18 (finally!)

Ben has been with us for around 18 months and in that time, he has come a long way. From joining us as an apprentice, he has gone on to pass his qualifications and become a fully-fledged member of the team.

He celebrated the big day by spending time with his family before experiencing Preston’s nightlife for the very first time (at least, that’s what he tells us)!

“There’s been lots of wonderful things happening over the past few months and we look forward to seeing what the rest of 2019 has in store for us.”
