Commission Only Field Sales Executive

COMMISSION ONLY SALES EXECUTIVE WITH AN OPTION LEADING TO FULL TIME SALERIED POSITION AFTER 12 MONTHS

OTE: £40,000+ pa

Locations: Lancashire (Preston office), Cumbria, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire

Due to continued growth at Piranha we are seeking a number of experienced field sales representatives to join our expanding creative team across the North West of England.

Using your experience within field sales to build relationships with customers, achieve revenue targets and develop the business in your geographical area, you will benefit from a fantastic and rewarding career with no upper limits to your earning potential.

Successful candidates will have the option to convert their commission only employment status to that of full time salaried, including company car after 12 months.

This position could also provide a spring board for talented graduates looking to start a career in the advertising and marketing industry as full support will be provided.

Candidates have the option to work from our Preston City Centre Offices or from home.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Your ability to achieve sales targets in a geographical area
  • That you can develop sound customer contacts and excellent customer relations
  • Your ability to provide quality sales for the improvement of the business
  • Your ability to develop new business by cold calling and networking
  • Commercial awareness
  • Your ability to Generate your own sales appointments and close the sale in face to face meetings
  • you can follow up incoming enquires to the business and generate appointments

Successful candidates will have:

In return we offer an attractive commission rate, excellent sales opportunities, and back office support. Your on-target earnings should be around £40,000 per year at the end of year 1. Ambitious individuals should be looking towards an annual income of £72,000 by year 3.

Search Engine Optimisation Executive

As the number of client wins accelerates at Piranha, we now have the need to increase our Website Marketing Team by the recruitment of an SEO executive.

Piranha was established in 2001 and has grown rapidly in recent years offering a high value, specialist all encompassing marketing support service.

Ideally with a minimum of 1 years commercial SEO work, either working for a specialist SEO agency, web development agency or as an in-house resources you will now be looking to further your career with a growing and ambition and well established specialist marketing agency.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Search Engine Optimisation manager and be responsible for delivering SEO work on a day to day basis for a selection of our Search Engine Optimisation clients.

We currently have a growing client base of approximately 30 companies that we deliver a highly specialist SEO service to with an expectation of reaching 100 purely SEO clients by the end of 2010.

The successful candidate will work directly on accounts whilst assisting and working with our other SEO executives and webs developers on the continued delivery of an excellent SEO service whilst developing the client base further.

  • A candidate with a solid base knowledge of SEO but wanting to learn more and excel in their field
  • Outgoing, smart, and willing to work as part of a small team

Website Designer/Developer

Due to continued growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Web Designer/Developer to join Piranha Internet, one of the North West's fast growing integrated agencies.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Creative Director and be responsible for all aspects of their web development/programming projects. You must be able to work well as part of the creative/development teams and be able to use initiative to move project forwards.

The ideal candidate will be fluent with XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and preferably ASP or PHP as well as have experience with database technologies. You will be fully conversant with Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Flash and other multimedia software.

Experience of ecommerce, content management system build and implementation as well as portal development would be an advantage.

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience

Part-Time Internal Sales Coordinator & Office Executive

We are now looking to recruit an internal part time sales coordinator to join our team of marketing and creative professional.

As the company continues to grow, there is an opportunity for this position to grow to become full time Piranha was established in 2001 and has grown rapidly in recent years offering a high value, specialist all encompassing marketing support service and we now need internal assistance to keep this momentum going.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Account Director and be responsible for all aspects of internal sales coordination and office administration. The candidate will become part of a hard working team and will enjoy all the benefits of working in a vibrant industry.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an individual who is accustomed to working in a small, hard working and creative team and is able to work under their own initiative.

Ideally the position would suite an individually who is returning to work, or someone with 1 or 2 years experience working in a marketing agency or fast moving industry such as recruitment who has child care commitments or looking to change industry.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Keep the prospect database up to date by phoning companies and checking company details
  • Sending promotional material out to prospective clients
  • Following up direct mail campaigns with outbound calls
  • Answering the phone and dealing with inbound sales enquiries
  • General office duties as required
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Supplying support to the directors
